Scoring & Folding
Scoring is highly recommended with a selected fold type to help minimize cracking along the folds.
Whenever paper is folded, some cracking can occur along the fold line. Paper grain direction cannot be guaranteed.
Selecting scoring where available can help reduce visible cracking and produce a cleaner fold.
Artwork must match the selected folding template. Fold, cut and bleed lines should be followed when preparing the print-ready PDF to help avoid production delays or an incorrectly folded finished brochure.
